Pudina is a hardy perennial and is very fragrant. It is commonly known as Peppermint. It is useful in treating respiratory, digestive and intestinal disorders.

Benefits of Pudina: Bloating, ulcers, nausea, cough, cold, anorexia, indigestion, externally for skin inflammation, itching, menstrual disorders, dyspepsia, colic, biliary disorders, intestinal diseases.

Action: Carminative, diaphoretic, analgesic, antipruritic, nervine, aromatic.
