Benefits of Jatamansi

Jatamansi is a flowering plant that grows in the Himalayas. Jata literally means dreadlock and mansi literally means human. It is a good nervous relaxant.

Benefits of Jatamansi: Insomnia, Parkinson’s disease, hypertension, bloating, constipation, indigestion, asthma, whooping cough, lung diseases, hair loss, greying of hair, burning sensation, skin diseases.

Scientific name: Nardostachys jatamansi.
