Gokshura is a prostate hairy, spiny herb with yellow flowers. This spiky fruit of this herb looks like the cloven hoof of a cow and hence the name go-ksura (cow-hoof). It is very useful for itchy skin. It is also a good diuretic that clears excess fluids from the system.
